canal access great food
the pools totaled four and offered great drinks. the lower room near the garden with canal access allowed morning and nighttime use of the back porch. the food by the pools was amazing!!!
valet parking cost extra, and i felt i could have parked the car myself.

Enchanting Getaway, A Romantic Haven
clean pool areas lovely palm trees easy uber friendly restaurant staff
i loved the many pools. the pool areas so clean with lovely palm trees all around. i found uber easy to get around. restaurant staff were lovely and it had good food. i loved the kitties wandering around. i dont see the problem with vale parking.
the room was fine but a bit run down. i wish for a quick task to be quick.

billing issues unapologetic supervisor
the room itself was fine.
I was charged $50 for an umbrella after i checked out even though i returned it the same day, before my flight. This policy was not clear. also, the wrong credit card was charged initially, and the hotel supervisor was not apologetic at all. it.

amazing villa and great pools!
spacious villa inviting pool lush greenery friendly staff
i stayed in a spacious two bedroom villa with two bathrooms it was perfect the pools were so warm and inviting and i enjoyed the lush greenery around the entire hotel. i found delicious drinks and tasty food easily accessible. the grounds crew did a great job manicuring the landscape so i could enjoy the view. the staff was very friendly and helpful during my entire stay.
the wifi was unreliable when i needed to work it created some problems but i could still relax and unwind. it was a slight inconvenience but i still had a great time.

the hotel is off a main road offering easy access to many destinations it felt secluded like i was on an island because of the surrounding palm trees it was quiet and peaceful.

i had a awesome breakfast experience at goldmans just across the street from the hotel i loved the bar setting around the pool at the hotel it was so inviting and enjoyable i will be back.

lush landscaping shuttle service excessive fee weak wi-fi
I found the grounds beautiful! The landscaping was lush and the pools offered a relaxing environment. The shuttle service to town was a HUGE convenience, I used it multiple times daily.
The resort fee felt excessive! I did not find that it matched the amenities. The wi-fi was weak. It made it hard to get any work done.

beautiful landscaping ample space shuttle service
The landscaping was beautiful. Palm trees are abundant. four pools provided ample space and never felt crowded. the hotel offers a shuttle service to downtown. but it does end at 4:30 pm. I used it several times.
Housekeeping did not replace towels one day. I had to request them from the front desk.

the four pools are clean and inviting. i liked that the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service. the on-site dining options are adequate, providing variety throughout my stay.
